The partners had a vision of one day bringing home style comfort food back to Barrie - it was something that the Corson family started doing with Moms Pantry then son Shayne ventured into his own establishment in the famed distillery district with partner Armando Russo. Fast forward several years and the family has joined together with the newest addition to the Barrie restaurant scene "Corson's Genuine Food + Drink" its a tribute to parents June & Paul Corson.

The team brings together all their talents and know how in this winning combination, fresh roasted turkey will go into "real turkey" sandwiches, slow roasted prime rib with home-style country mashed potatoes will be served nightly and "dads" real fruit pies will be waiting at the end of every meal.
